As a result of not to have been utilized opportunely the program of the meet manager, in Rosary, as well as the lack of computers and of personnel qualified (only had a person) for their use and that the system of automatic synchronization of the fotofinish was not connected, the results published in the web page of the organization of the South American one do not establish records.

Very kindly our friend Horacio Aguilar is correcting the errors to publish them soon. It is opportunity to reiterate the importance to utilize the program since the start of the process that conducts us toward the event, this is, since the programming of tests, passing for the inscription of the athletes to the same event. For it a minimum of three computers interconnected is required, fotofinish interconnected and personal sufficient and qualified, what implies to work by means of full contracts, what should be included in the budget of the organization. Rex Harvey and Marilyn Mitchell, without any obligation, "they worked" beyond the 12 daily hours because there was a single person in the computer. To them we thank her but we do not have reason to abuse her good will.
